Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the JocoProxy iOS app provided by JoCoding, Inc.

1. What JocoProxy does

JocoProxy is a client that connects your device to a proxy server you choose. JoCoding, Inc. does not sell, provision, operate, or endorse a proxy service through the app and does not promise access to any country, platform, content, or account feature.

2. Your responsibilities

You must have the right to use the proxy server and credentials you enter. Use the app only in compliance with applicable law, network policies, provider terms, and destination-service rules. Do not use it to gain unauthorized access, intercept another person's communications, evade lawful restrictions, harm systems, or infringe rights.

3. Purchases

If the app is sold through the Apple App Store, Apple processes the transaction. Pricing, taxes, refunds, withdrawal rights, and purchase restoration are handled under Apple's terms and mandatory consumer law. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

4. Availability and changes

Proxy connectivity depends on your device, iOS, network, proxy provider, credentials, and destination. The app may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued with reasonable notice where practical. Security, legal, or platform changes may require immediate action.

5. Third-party services and content

The app transports traffic but does not provide or curate the content you access. Third-party proxy providers and destinations are responsible for their own services, content, availability, and data practices. Their terms apply independently.

6. Intellectual property

JocoProxy, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by or licensed to JoCoding, Inc. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app as permitted by Apple and applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without a guarantee that any proxy or destination will work. JoCoding, Inc. is not responsible for a proxy provider's conduct, destination content, account decisions, or losses caused by credentials or services you choose. Liability is not excluded where the law does not allow exclusion, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections.

8. Suspension

We may restrict access to app updates or support when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security threats, material breach, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and offer a way to contact us.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory protections and courts available in your place of residence remain available where applicable. Contact mu07010@jocoding.net first so we can try to resolve a concern.
